"Make Tiny Changes" is a lyric written by songwriter and lead singer of the band Frightened Rabbit, Scott Hutchison. In 2018, Scott tragically took his own life after years of battling with his mental health. But throughout his life, Scott made tiny changes that made a huge impact — both through his songwriting and his openness about his own mental health.

Tiny Changes is a charity set up by Scott's family and bandmates in his memory, providing young people with metal health support throughout the UK. £5 of every sale of this necklace will be donated to Tiny Changes to help support the amazing work they do.

You can choose from a 100% silk or a coated stainless steel thread for this piece of jewellery. The silk thread is completely natural and has a beautiful drape. The coated stainless steel thread offers a waterproof and more durable alternative that creates a structured feel to your jewellery.
