14K gold fill is a metal that offers all the properties of solid gold but is both stronger and more affordable.

1K gold fill is made by permanently bonding a layer of 14k gold 100x thicker than gold plate onto a strong brass core. This gold layer does not chip or wear, which means the brass core is never exposed. 

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24. Your tracking number is included in your dispatch email.

If your order hasn't arrived 10 working after your dispatch date, we will be able to send out a replacement or offer you a refund.

Not to worry! All our pieces are made to order, so you can either add a note to the closest product in our made to order section or get in touch and we'll get back to you with a price.

Changeable charms are only compatible with necklaces, bracelets and anklets made to order after the 1st Feb 2022. This means they are not compatible with any of the necklaces, bracelets and anklets currently listed on Ready to Ship or any pieces made before this date that you already own.

From 1st Feb 2022, all necklaces, bracelets and anklets will be made to be compatible with our changeable charms.

Changeable charms are compatible with any of our Simple 15mm Hoops, regardless of when you bought them.

Yes, a magnetic clasp can be added to any made to order necklace or bracelet — just add a note at checkout. 

Magnetic clasps are great for those who might find a traditional clasp a little too fiddly. Although the clasp is very strong, we wouldn't recommend adding them to an anklet.

Please note that magnetic clasps are not compatible with our standard changeable charms, but we can make them up specially if you add a note to your order.
